it keeps fresh for 1-2 days just with the cut side on a wooden board.
After 2 days put it in a plastic bag so the crust stays soft.
If you need to keep it longer, slice and freeze it.

To keep bread for later use, pre-slice and freeze.  Thaw bread slices needed quickly in toaster. 



Cut your left over bread in slices, put in a skillet without any oil and make it get crispy, rub a garlic glove on it and drizzle with olive oil or put small sliced tomatoes with oregano and olive oil on it.


Cut your leftover bread in small cubes and fry them in a pan on low heat with
• olive oil season with garlic
• butter season with salt & pepper

• 1 cup raw cashew nuts soaked
• ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes
• Handful Basil leaves
• 1 garlic clove
• ¼ teaspoon sea salt

Combine all ingredients in food processor. Blend until smooth.
